Manyoo should have passed on him like we did in 2001/02, I think Gerard could see what an irksome little bitch he was... |

It irks me to say that he is one of the best players I have ever seen - I'd certainly be only too happy to see him pull on a Celtic jersey, but I can't really see it |

Would you be happy knowing that he'd only be with you until someone with a bigger bank balance came along, knowing that he wouldn't give a two-bob bit about the club, it's history, it's fans? I only ask because I think Celtic merit better than that YNWA. |

That could pretty much apply to most of them these days with only Bergkamp and Zola springing to mind as being genuine. Nando looks like he falls into the the genuine category as well but you never know, especially if the owners ditch Rafa. Although he makes good money out of them, I bet Wenger must be sick of turning misfits and nobodys into superstars only for them to up and leave and the first sniff from a more 'glamorous' club. |

Yeah, I'm afraid you're right. We're doing better than some; Stevie G and Carra love the club, as does Nando. I think Sami Hyypia's been a really loyal player too (and a legend!).

OMG, How could I have forgotten Sami! Must beat myself soundly with a Birch twig (or something)
I assume he'll get a testimonial this year? |

I'd hope so. He's been an outstanding player, one more extension on the contract though; I hope he plays as well this term and gets another!
