Keane's doing good things with the club but I don't reckon his work will come to fruition for a couple more seasons, I can see them finishing 12th or 13th this term.

I think Keane is a very astute manager - he will make top 10 this season and then it will be a case of how long he can turn down the big clubs...... he will be very sought after if it all goes as it should ........
