Whenever you are in the need for the taste of chocolate, or you know somebody who is, this is the best Hot, Chocolate Sauce.
If you can count to three, you will be able to remember this recipe forever. OK - Ingredients:
Method: Put all of the cold ingredients into a small pan - I find a Wok is by far the best for this - Turn on the heat and stir gently with a small whisk - After a couple of minutes, the sauce will thicken (thanks to the cornflour). Now it is ready! This is so quick that we make this during the commercial breaks and then pour it over ice cream. By the way, if you are more people, increase the quantities proportionately. Finally, you can double the proportion of milk to create an excellent chocolate dipping sauce (like a fondue). |
