Right now, I'm eating raspberries, greek yoghurt, honey and my local baker/patisserie's organic granola. It's sweet, but a little bit sharp, cruncy, sloppy, and gooey.

What's your favourite breakfast? Do ypou keep it just for breakfast, or it eat it all day (I'm having my breakfast at 12.30 at night)?

Oatcakes, Greek yoghurt and acacia honey. Yum! An ex-g/f in Cornwall brought me this in bed one morning. I imagine the addition of a bit of fruit on top would work too. Trouble is try finding bloody oatcakes in Canada.

No time for breakfast, usually. Maybe a bowl of cereal.

But what I really like is a big breakfast buffet like at a hotel or something. thumbsup.gif All that choice, all that food, all you can eat!

Is this men I see talking of crepes, oatcakes, blueberry muffins, hot chocolate, whatever all that is... What's wrong with you guys, you've gotta die from something may as well be food... An Ulster Fry for me, any of you girls are welcome to come and have a go if you think your hard enough, see you in the cardiac ward...

I know it's got cherry tomatoes on it but don't worry you don't have to eat those...

oh and arrgh here's my very simple recipe for Irish oatcakes lol

6 ounces oatmeal preferably fine
2 ounces flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon salt
10 ounces water warm

Mix flour, salt and oatmeal together.

Slowly add warm water.

Roll out on a floured board to 1/4 inch thick.

Cut into triangles.

Cook on a pan or griddle until golden on both sides.

Dry out in a cool oven (150 C / 300 F) until crisp.

del.icio.us A heavy bottomed pan is essential for good oat cakes, soda farls, potato bread etc.

I'd like to see pics on all this. My first major was culinary and I love good food.
To be more specific I love food that takes years off your life.

Edit .. As I've traveled this particular country I've searched for good buffets.
