Well just finished building my sons computer.Mom was bugging to get him off her laptop soooo needless to say she just about shite herself when the bill came in
  oh well next time I figure she won't complain  but here is the list of components for this build.Not bad for my 8 yr old I figure
Total price for this build was around 1,800 cdn thought that was reasonable for this.

What's 1800cdn... about 900 quid?
For an 8 year old, you'd have been better buying him an xbox AND a 350 quid laptop, and spending the 400 quid you'd have saved on buying yourself more beer. You never really thought that one through properly, did you!

Beer is really important.
When I was 8 I played on a monochrome 8086 ( I think ) that costed around $10000,- I think. But I'm not sure. The only thing good about it was DrawPerfect! Young these days.... I just want a new laptop to run my simulations |
