Nice, except the HD is too small. Yeah I know but it's only for his games He plays battlefield 2142 and Battlefield 2 now that his godfather got him into these lol.So never really bothered installing anything big into it.This is just his gaming rig that's in his room. It's on a sync master 753df 17'' screen but cosco has a nice Samsung 2243BWX widescreen it's on sale for 219.00.Might get this one ? I prefer lcd over crt. But some crt are still better for gaming especially when you can get the hertz up a lot higher |

What's 1800cdn... about 900 quid?
For an 8 year old, you'd have been better buying him an xbox AND a 350 quid laptop, and spending the 400 quid you'd have saved on buying yourself more beer. You never really thought that one through properly, did you! |

I agree with YMG... I know nothing about computers but I know I would have crapped a brick If my old man had come home with an Xbox and a laptop (and 400 wourth of beer)>

Beer is really important.
When I was 8 I played on a monochrome 8086 ( I think ) that costed around $10000,- I think. But I'm not sure. The only thing good about it was DrawPerfect! Young these days.... I just want a new laptop to run my simulations |
