breakfast pizza

this is the greatest breakfast food ever
it takessome time so make it on your day off or prepare it the night before
and then bake it in the morning


what you need

1 premade pizza crust reay to cook (from walmart or tesco) or make your own check the web for recipies
1 cup sausage gravy from my other post(cooled) go here
3 eggs scrabled and cooled
6 sausage liks or 12 bacon pices (your choice i prefer the bacon) chopped up well (fully cooked also)
2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddarcheese


to assemble

put down crust
cover with gvay(sauce..)
then sprinkle with eggs and meat
then top with cheese
bake according to directions on the crust


you can add loads of other things like

1/2 chopped green pepper
1/4 chopped onion

for a texmex(spanish) flare try replacing the bacon or sausage with cooked chorrizo and replace the mozzerella with pepper jack cheese

just play with it keep the basics and add what you like...its great fun and kids can help make it
