ok many names for this one but its all the same food
haystack magicmountain breakfast pile-up and manyothers here is the basic method 2 slices toast(what ever kind you like) 1 portion shredded hashbrowns cooked very crisp on a griddle 2eggs scrambled 2 slices bacon cooked 1/4 cup sausage gravy recipe here ok assembly place 2pices toast on a platter then top with hashbrowns then eggs then bacon then gravy only use 1/4 cup otherwise everything will be mush and you cant taste the diffrent flavors cook up all you need to ahead of time and assemble them when ready to eat but server nice and hot |
