Ok here is a fast and easy recipe that I came up with a few years ago to get my kids to eat potatoes...when I make it everyone complains that I didn't make enough of them.
2-3 lbs. of potatoes (red, yellow, white yukon) your choice 1 cup parmesan cheese (you can use any brand in tub or natural shredded) again your choice 1 cup ranch dressing 1 stick of butter or 1/2 cup salt and pepper to taste Wash peel and cut potatoes to chunky size and place in bottom of baking dish. Melt butter and drizzle over potatoes, pour ranch dressing over potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and top with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees until potatoes are fork tender (around 45 mins.) You can add as much of any ingredient to make the flavor the way you want it. I just drown the potatoes in everything listed above but again that is just to my kids taste. Hope you find it easy and flavorful |
