what you need
2.5-3 lbs venison roast 8-10 medium red potatoes cut into 3 o4 4 pices each 4 large carrots peeled and chopped into large pices 1/2 onion chopped into large pices 1 large hand full green beans snapped in half salt pepper 1 cup brown sauce or brown gravy ( for the brits i am tols to say bisto gravy or oxo ) for americans its aujus 1 cup water salt and pepper the roast very well then place it in slow cooker cover with all veggies add gravy(is what i use i buy the canned to make it easier) or brown sauce add water cook for 6 hrs on high or until fork tender is very good and i cook mine about 8 hrs anbd i can hardly get the roast out of the pot |
