As I'm a huge fan of tennis, I thought we could chat about my favourite game for a while. It's going to be a really interesting year for tennis fans. Now that Andy Murray joined the top 3 elit tennis players: Nadal, Federer and Djokovits. I mean there are going to be some awesome matches among these top stars. Like the last one in Abu Dabi today between Rafael Nadal and Andy Murray. It was a wonderful display what is tennis all about.

On the women side, Serena is the favorite, but I think Venus is playing the best tennis at the moment.

I watched Tsonga last year when he beat Murray. He was amazing. Speaking of Murray, Does anyone think he can win The Australian Open this year.

I think that Murray beating first Federer and then Nadal was a great feat, but still, it was just an exhibition tournament. I still think Murray isn't (yet) with the big 3.

I adore Tennis! It's the only sport I enjoy watching.
I love the rivalry between Nadal and Federer. It's always more interesting when it's personal, which is why I've always loathed to see the Williams sisters in a final. It's like watching them practice. I've been out of the loop for a while. I need to catch up. |

The Nadal versus Verdasco semi final was one of the greatest tennis matches I have seen in a long long time. Nadal winning in 5 sets and taking over 5 hours. The crowd were giving them both standing ovations after some of the rallies.

Hi BladeD, some of the rallies were on a par to last years Wimbledon Final. I would rank it a close second.

So, what do you think, how many more Grand Slam finals this year will be Nadal vs. Federer? I'd say at least Wimbledon.

Maybe Federer had to cry during Aus.Open ceremonies because he realizes Nadal has beaten him on all surfaces now.
Clay, grass and hardcourt. Nadal beat Federer. Maybe his reign has come to an end? You think Nadal can make a grand slam? Rod Laver was the last one to achieve a Calendar Year Grand Slam (four majors in one calendar year). |

Nadal beat Federer. Maybe his reign has come to an end? The end came when Nadal became number 1. I don't think Federer will get that one back, unless Nadal retires. You think Nadal can make a grand slam? Rod Laver was the last one to achieve a Calendar Year Grand Slam (four majors in one calendar year). Frankly I don't think so. Nadal will pretty certainly win Roland Garros, but if Federer can hold his current form, he'll take back Wimbledon. |

i so hope ur right interraptor, ive been a federer fan ever since he started playing, i just hope he change his tactics/game when playing with nadal, coz the past losses he had with nadal, i think he lost because he has been using the same lazy tactic over and over again.
