I'm using Firefox on a system and want to copy it to another so that I can use all my favourites and the passwords that I've stored for websites on it.
I've tired copying the firefox folder but it doesn't work, is there any way that it can work, especially the passwords that i've stored for like a gazillion sites |

You have to copy your profile folder.
By default on windows XP it is, C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<RANDOM_JUNK>.default If you are using something else it will be stored elsewhere. You could also try mozbackup. http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/ |

For the Bookmarks try the 'Foxmarks' add-on, it stores them and you can access them on any PC using Firefox w/Foxmarks.
