I want a help as regards IPBTRACKER, because I do not know and I can not understand how I can put on the site, there is someone who is familiar with to help me install it and paid for its work; I asked the help of Mr magior but I can not get a response on this issue and should finish soon... Thanks in advance guys

How long will it take to finish the upgrade and which will be announced in IPBTracker.eu And to ask something else, we can not use the one existing now and then do the update there will be a problem?
