i`m interested in this too, once i asked them on irc about this and they said they work on it
you could ask them on irc, find the irc channel of the what.cd or waffles.fm tracker (can`t remember exactly which one was it) |

Finally an update:

Due to the overwhelming number of messages we've received wondering when people can get their hands on our shiny new codebase, we've decided to write up this quick overview of when the code will be publicly released.
Currently, the Gazelle codebase is, as far as we know, ready for the first release candidate. The only thing we're working on at the moment is documentation, which is proving to be long and tedious. We anticipate having this ready within the next two weeks, at which point Gazelle RC1 will be made available. Gazelle RC1 will be accessible via controlled SVN access, granted to the any of following people who ask for it: 1. Admistrators of other trackers 2. VIPs on What.CD 3. People who are interested and truly motivated in starting up their own trackers. In order to qualify for this position, you must already have a domain name, server, staff, and 'business plan' that ensures that you won't become like one of the other thousand trackers that no one has ever heard of. Once we've let RC1 run for a month or two without finding any serious bugs or exploits, we'll open up public SVN access, and anyone who wants can check out Gazelle. What.cd |

i'm actually quite dissapointed, it just looks like the code has been tidied up rather than redeveloped like it should have been and i can't see the point for the upscene amount of files that it ships with, rather than using classes and a proper OOP structure to break things up it seems they just decided to make a new file for each single tiny bit...
